Mega Shot

This is a mega full day event, and you’ll really maximise your time in Queenstown.  These activities can be done on separate days and in any order,  However we do recommend the following schedule; Shotover Jet first thing in the morning, then straight to us for the Canyon Fox and Canyon Swing, back to town for a break and the helirafting trip in the afternoon.

• Check in at the Shotover Canyon Swing & Canyon Fox Shop, 34 Shotover Street (map), check in times will be stated on booking confirmation
• Please bring your credit card for signature verification and to collect your ticket
• Your check in times and pick up points will be given
• All transport to and from the town centre is included

• The Shotover Canyon Fox & Canyon Swing booking will be instantly confirmed
• The Shotover Jet and Helirafting will be confirmed via email within 24 hours, please feel free to contact us if you have not heard from us within this timeframe
• 24 hour cancellation policy applies.  A full refund will be given with at least 24 hours notice prior to your first check in time. No refunds/changes/transfers with less than 24 hours notice
• If you do not show up for any of your booked activities, no refunds will be issued
• Should any portion of your combo be cancelled by the operator, only this portion of the combo will be refunded
• Not all activities are weather dependent, if in doubt please contact us for clarification.

• Closed toe footwear – sneakers, trainers etc
• Appropriate clothing for the outdoors and all weather conditions
• In winter a jacket, hat and gloves are strongly recommended
• Swim wear and towel.

• Maximum weight is 125kgs
• Minimum weight is 40kgs
• Maximum tandem swing weight is 180kgs
• Minimum age is 10 years, for safety ID may required
• Parental/guardian consent required for those under 16 years.

• A minimum child height of 1m applies and all children must be accompanied by a fare paying adult
• Should river conditions on the day dictate, Shotover Jet does reserve the right to extend the minimum child height to 1.2 metres to ensure maximum passenger safety
• Please speak with one of our team if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions including back or neck problems.

• Minimum age 13 years, for safety ID may required
• Minimum weight 40kg (88lbs)
• Under 18s – guardian conditions apply
• Clients must be able to swim and be water confident.
